My mission is to offer a judgment-free atmosphere where students of all levels are not only accepted but encouraged. Your journey starts with a thorough overview of your goals and history. With one-on-one instruction, I develop your sessions to be as unique as you are. The studio is equipped with a Reformer and tower along with an array of props. My approach is centered around compassion and inclusivity while helping you achieve strength, wellness and balance. Cleo’s Pilates is conveniently located in the Lawrenceville area of Pittsburgh.

About Cleo

After practicing Pilates for years, I decided to take it to the next level and share my passion for—and the benefits of—Pilates with students and the community. I became a certified Pilates instructor in 2016 after completing a 450-hour comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training with Krista Garabedian PMA®-CPT at Latés Pilates. I love giving clients fun, challenging, and unique sessions in my independent studio space and online through virtual classes. Offering a welcoming atmosphere for clients of all ages, shapes, abilities, and backgrounds is fundamental to my practice.
